How do companies & individuals use UserTesting solution?

UserTesting is a video-based human insight platform that allows customers to get feedback on products, designs, apps, processes, concepts, or brands from UserTesting’s global Contributor Network, Custom Network or customer communities.

Our customers launch tests containing different types of tasks/questions for participants. Customers can use and modify templates to build tests or create a test plan from scratch. As part of test creation, customers determine target audience for their tests. They can choose get feedback from UserTesting Panel, Custom Network or invite their own audience via a link to the test.
